In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. My son is flat footed but really wanted to start jogging. We were advised to buy these shoes for him for support. He wears them for jogging and for PE in school. His form and running have improved a lot since wearing these shoes. I will be buying the next 2 sizes as well.
