In 1949, Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka began his athletic footwear company (Onitsuka Co., Ltd.) by manufacturing basketball shoes out of his living room in Kobe, Japan. Purchased these for my 7th grade wrestler and he loves them...true to size and great quality! Very flexible, durable and over 2 months, have no severe wear and tear.

My son loves these shoes. This new version is better than the others!!! Wears them over 20 hrs a week during wresttling season, and they still look brand new!! Too bad his feet keep growing and he has to get a new pair every year. Oh well, they'll still be good for his younger cousins to wear.
